Presbyterian Women at CN Jenkins

Presbyterian Women (PW) offers women in the church meaningful ways to live out their faith in the midst of a caring community of women. We are a community of woman who align our ministry and hearts around a shared purpose, the PW Purpose.
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves: to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study; to support the mission of the church world-wide; to work for justice and peace; and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom.
The Presbyterian Women of CN Jenkins have supported the following missions and community organizations. Hospice Cancer Unit of Novant Hospital, Lily Pad Haven, Loaves & Fishes Pantry and Freedom School.
The Presbyterian Women of CN Jenkins meet monthly on the 4th Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. for fellowship, inspiration, information, advocacy, and to conduct business. We are currently meeting via Zoom during COVID.
Membership is open to all women within the church. Anyone who chooses to participate in, or be supportive of, Presbyterian Women in any way, may be a member.  The membership is divided into 4 circles to form small groups that gather regularly to provide an inclusive, caring community of women. For information and details related to circle meetings and gatherings please email a circle leader.
We welcome you and pray you will join in on our community of caring women!
